Booking Fee Policy

Booking Fee Structure
A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Purpose of the Booking Fee
The booking fee helps us manage our schedule and ensures that we can dedicate the necessary time and resources for your appointment.
Payment of Booking Fee
The booking fee can be paid via [list accepted payment methods: bank transfer. Payment must be completed to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24/48 hours in advance. The booking fee will be credited toward your new appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24/48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will lose their booking fee and may be required to pay a new booking fee for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15/30 minutes late , we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
